Typhoon Haikui predicted to enter northern region of Vietnam

Typhoon Haikui passed through the Philippines' south area of the Luzon Island to enter the East Sea and become the 13th storm in the country this year.

The National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center reported that its eye was centered at 930 kilometers from the Paracel Islands with the maximum wind near the center of up to 60- 75 kilometers per hour at 4am.

Haikui is predicted to move the west- northwestward at the speed of 20 kilometers an hour, and it is expected to operate stronger within next 24 hours.


By 4am tomorrow, the typhoon will be located at 430 kilometers of the east- southeastern side of the Paracel Islands. The strongest wind near the center could blow with the speed of 79-90 kilometers an hour. 
Because of its circulation, the northern territorial water and mid- East Sea have been experienced showery weather, powerful wind of level 6-9 and sea rough. 
In next 24- 48 hours, the 13th storm will continue moving the west- northwestward at 10-15 kilometers per hour.
By the morning of November 12, its eye will be at the east- northeastward of the Paracel Islands with winds of up to 75- 100 kilometers an hour. 
Haikui is predicted to continue moving the west- northwestward at the speed of 5- 10 kilometers an hour within next 48- 72 hours.
