The committee asked localities to inform offshore fishing vessels at sea to move out of the dangerous zone and keep in touch with owners’ fishing vessels to give treatment timely of any possible situations, ensuring the safety of fishermen and local residents.
Ministry of Nature Resources and Environment directed the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting to issue exact forecast of effected regions from storm to people and relevant agencies.
Authorities must ensure the safety of tourists who are visiting the above-mentioned areas.
