Particularly, downpour and cyclone uprooted trees along roads, blew off house roofs and broke glass windows at wards of Coc Leu, Kim Tan and Bac Cuong in Lao Cai city.
Additionally, the cyclone destroyed 66 houses and seven classrooms in Bac Ha district; and it blew up roofs of four houses and five classrooms of Quan Than San Secondary School in the mountainous district of Simacai.
The weather condition blew away many houses' roofs at the whole communes of Ba Be and Bach Thong districts in Bac Kan province.
