The two leaders appreciated the friendly and comprehensive cooperation relations between Vietnam and South Korea during past 25 years since the two countries established the strategic partnership ties in 2009, contributed to regional and international peace, stabilization, cooperation and development.
Both sides expressed determine to raise the Vietnam- Korea strategic partnership relations in the coming time.
On the same day, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam Pham Binh Minh exchanged congratulatory message with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Korea Kang Kyung-wha.
