Noticing a warning in the cargo section, the captain of the flight, coded VJ861, decided the landing two hours after its taking off.

The flight then resumed its journey after an examination reported no risk. The aircraft arrived at Tan Son Nhat international airport in HCM City at 5:20 am on December 25.

A Viejet Air representative said air transport requires strict technical standards to ensure passengers’ safety, and each warning should be checked and handled in line with the process.
