Transport Minister Nguyen Ngoc Dong said that the People Committee in Hanoi should direct district people’s committees to close makeshift cafés to reduce the risk of traffic disorder along the railroad.
Most of all, local administrations should have measures to disperse crowds of people who take photographs or film or drink coffee in railroad.
Additionally, district administrations and the Vietnam Railway authorities should work together to clear construction sites which encroach railroad according to the present regulations.
