According to an announcement by chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Tran Van Can yesterday, that is a coordination project between BCG Bang Duong joint venture and South Korean Hanwha Group.
The plant will be built over 125 hectares in Thanh An commune, Thanh Hoa district, expected to come into operation in 2019.
