The HCM City Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs said the highest Tet bonus of VND457 million belongs to private businesses, general partnerships and joint-stock companies in export processing zones and industrial parks (IP).
Accordingly, the highest and lowest Tet bonuses in the foreign-invested sector are about VND301 million and VND3 million.
Private businesses will offer the lowest at VND2.86 million. The average Tet bonus in the private businesses will be VND5 million.
The highest Tet bonuses in the companies which have a share capital of the government are VND303.5 million.
One Member Stated-owned Limited Company sees a highest Tet bonus of VND70 million.
Additionally, the highest salary in 2014 and year-end bonus, respectively of VND735 million and VND583 million, were awarded by foreign-direct-investment (FDI) enterprises which are not located in IP.
The highest New-Year bonus of companies which have a share capital of the government is VND60.5 million; and VND130 million at private businesses.
The highest salary in 2014 of private businesses operating in IP, and companies having State capital respectively were VND546 million and VND127 million.
