Ministries and related agencies must send reports to the Prime Minister in December.
More than VND8.2 trillion will be invested in buildding the first stretch of the expressway connecting Bien Hoa City of Dong Nai Province and Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province.
Traffic congestion in Highway 51 in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province occurs more regularly causing difficulties for socioeconomic development; accordingly, Bien Hoa-Vung Tau expressway is expected to help improve traffic in the highway and facilitate cargo movement from Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai and Binh Duong to Cai Mep-Thi Vai port complex.
As per investment plan, the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway will have a total length of 46.8 kilometer, of which 31 km will be developed to link Phu My District to Vung Tau City with six lanes.
