Hoc Mon district strives per capita income of $2,764

Current per capita annual income in Hoc Mon district in Ho Chi Minh City is VND 51.936 million ($2,279), an increase of 18 percent compared to 2014, when the government’s new rural plan started.

Current per capita annual income in Hoc Mon district in Ho Chi Minh City is VND 51.936 million ($2,279), an increase of 18 percent compared to 2014, when the government’s new rural plan started.

The district strives per capita income over VND63 million ($2,764) by 2020, said participants at a meeting to review two year implementation of the government’s new rural plan in the period 2016-202 and new task for 2018 on April 12.
Most of communes of the district achieved the standards of the government’s plan.
Deputy Chairman of People’s Committee Le Thanh Liem attended the meeting.
Residents in outlying district Hoc Mon live on farming.
