Leaders of the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and the HCMC Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee yesterday visited and congratulated teachers on the Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (November 20).
Hua Ngoc Thuan, deputy chairman of the municipal People’s Committee, visited the city Department of Education and Training to give congratulation to managers, lauding the sector’s achievements in past years and confirming that the city will have special policy to support the sector.
On the same day, Mr. Thuan also came to Professor Nguyen Tan Phat and Professor Nguyen Van Hanh, former Deputy Education Minister meantime Nguyen Huu Tin, deputy chairman of People’s Committee visited Professor Cao Minh Thi, former director of the Department of Education and Training; and Professor Nguyen Ngoc Xuong, former deputy director of Economy University.
On the same day, Than Thi Thu, head of the Committee's Department of Propaganda and Training congratulated teachers Nguyen Thanh Danh, former expert of French subject and Pham Thi Tuyet Mai, former manager in the municipal Department of Education and Training.
