Selling price and rental price are calculated equal the selling price under the resettlement program multiply by 1.8 times. The rental price is determined on the basis of the selling price with 30 years depreciation.
These apartments were built under the program of 12,500 apartments for resettlement in Thu Thiem new urban area.
Previously, the city People’s Committee reported to the Standing Board of the city Party Committee for approval of the selling and rental prices to the 1,080 apartments according to the proposal by the Department of Finance and agencies.
The committee has assigned the Department of Finance to work with the management board of Thu Thiem New Urban Area project and relevant agencies to consult the committee on starting price for the auction of land plots R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 in the 38.4 hectares area according to regulations.
