Central Pediatrics Hospital must be well-known in region: PM

Speaking at a yesterday ceremony to celebrate the Hanoi-based Central Pediatrics Hospital’s 50th founding anniversary, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said that the infirmary must be well-known in the region.

On behalf of the Party and the Government, PM Phuc bestowed the second –class independence medal to the hospital manager to recognize its contribution in taking care of children.
He hailed the infirmary’s achievements in organ transplantation, endoscopy surgeries, heart disease and other fields as well as showed his gratitude to teams of physicians and nurses.
Director of  the Central Pediatrics Hospital Le Thanh Hai said that the hospital has risen to a modern hospital with a 2,000-strong staff and 2,000 beds to admit over 1 million child patients in 2018 including 100,000 inpatients.
