Twenty-eight Vietnamese students capture NZAS

Twenty-eight Vietnamese students were offered New Zealand ASEAN Scholar Awards (NZAS) 2017, the New Zealand Embassy has announced.

The full-time scholarships for post-graduates in Southeast Asian countries are available for short courses in the following fields: renewable energy, agriculture, public-sector leadership and disaster risk management.
Since 1994, nearly 300 Vietnamese students had been granted this scholarship.
Additionally, in February 2018, New Zealand received ten Vietnamese employees in state agencies to pursue 22 week English fresher course.
