Some 50 display booths of restaurants, hotels, vocational schools of restaurants and hotels featuring a variety of foods from Vietnam’s regions and countries of the Asia, Europe and America.

This year’s themed “Vietnam- The cook of the world” is also a chance to promote local food and contribute to the building a position of Vietnamese cuisine in the world.

The food festival also includes many activities such as art performances, folk games, cooking instruction and performance and more.
