Exhibition marks Mau Than Offensive 1968

A photo exhibition marking the 50th anniversary of the Mau Than Offensive 1968 opened at the Ho Chi Minh City General Sciences Library on January 23.

Attending the event were former Secretary of the municipal Party Committee Le Thanh Hai and major-general Tran Huu Tai of the Military Zone 7.
The display themed “50 years of a historical spring” presents thousands of photos, documents and objects related to the Mau Than Offensive 1968, aiming at honoring the service, sacrifices and dedication of war veterans who served during Vietnam wars.
The exhibition that also celebrates the Communist Party of Vietnam's 88th anniversary (February 3) and the lunar New Year 2018 will run until January 29.
