Silk trade at Khai Duc Company to be inspected

Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh yesterday signed a decision to require establishment of an interagency inspection team to inspect Khai Duc Company Ltd on how it abides by the law on production and trading as well as consumer protection.

The company headquartered at number 2, Phan Van Chuong street, Tan Phu ward, District 7, HCMC and its branches will be inspected.
The inspection team will be led by deputy head of the ministry’s Competition and Consumer Protection Department.
Previously, the ministry has required to transfer documents of Khaisilk scarf mislabeling case to police agency to make clear violations.
