Vietnam's Noi Bai In't Airport named among world’s 100 best airports

This is the third times Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi has been named the world’s most improved airport by Skytrax, a UK-based firm which runs an airline and airport ranking site, said vice director of Noi Bai Airport Vu The Phiet yesterday.

The airport ranked amongst the world’s best facility thanks to its improved infrastructures, service quality and utilities for customers. For instance, lately the airport has operated modern shuttle buses which are convenient for people with disabilities to carry passengers between the two terminals as well as provided free wifi, fresh water, mobile phone battery charger stations and amusement area for kids.
In addition to improving service quality relentlessly, managers have increased information of service quality and behavior rules in public places to all staffs as well as received passengers’ feedback in its website, Facebook, email, and mail box.
