The first flight carrying the Anex Vietnam travel company's tourists from Russia’s Moscow to Nha Trang City landed at Cam Ranh International Aiport in Khanh Hoa Province on February 1.
The aircraft UT 65987 of the Azur Air carried 336 passengers from Moscow to Nha Trang. The direct flight will be operational every 5 days using Boeing 767 aircraft.
In 2014, Khanh Hoa Province received 270,000 Russian visitors on the Moscow-Nha Trang flights. The province’s authorities expect to welcome more 2,000 Russian tourists every month through the Anex Vietnam travel company’s additional direct flights.
The first flight of the national flag carrier, Vietnam Airlines on the newly established direct air route between Moscow and Nha Trang landed at Cam Ranh International Airport in 2013.
