Organizations, individuals in the country and abroad can join in the contest. A special prize will be worth VND 30million.
Contestants can register to take part in the contest at 185 Ly Chinh Thang Street, District 3, HCMC. The organizers will receive files and designs from now till February 20, 2019.
The award-ceremony is scheduled to take place in March, 2019.
