Ha Long International Passenger Port which is built under the form of PPP (public-private partnership) investments located at Cua Luc River with total investment capital of more than VND 1 trillion.
The port is designed to receive two large passenger ships carrying up to 8,400 passengers each, at once. Its 3-storey terminal has a total area of 13,500 square meters.
The port is expected to welcome 10 international cruise ships from now until the end of this year. The local authorities hope the launch of the new port will bring a large number of 12 million tourists in 2018.
