In the category of outstanding coaches, head coach of Vietnam's women football team Mai Duc Chung was ranked the first position with 593 points.
In the category of national outstanding Paralympic coaches and athletes, weightlifter Le Van Cong and coach of the HCMC weightlifting Nguyen Hong Phuc were ranked the first position.
