Zalo cooperates with Tien Giang Province in delivering e-administrative services

The southern province of Tien Giang has signed a cooperation agreement with Zalo to officially launch the public administrative services and the electronic government 4.0 on the platform of Zalo, which now has around 80 million users. The signing ceremony is within the framework of the conference on implementing the project of ‘Building My Tho into a smart city in the period from 2017-2020’.

Developing an e-government is one of the focuses of Tien Giang province in the process of creating a smart urban district, which are surveillance cameras, smart traffic systems, smart education, and smart tourism.

From now on, inhabitants in Tien Giang province can access the official Zalo portal of their province at zalo.me/hcctiengiang or search for the keywords ‘Tien Giang Province Public Administration Portal’.

The current services include searching for document via receipt code or QR code, updating news on economic and social situations, administrative reform, and new policies in the province.
In the near future, the province is going to integrate into Zalo platform more services of the smart city project such as smart tourism, smart cameras, smart traffic, smart education, bus maps, and saline areas.
