The forum aims at building a stronger network and linking potential resources abroad in order to propagandize new investment policies and developing promising strategic products based on MEMs technology.
According to Mr. Le Hoai Quoc, Head of the Organization Board of SHTP, this forum focuses on constructing a common knowledge base as well as a reliable information source to ensure the feasibility and importance of introducing the infrastructure for MEMS technology. This will in turn become a catalyst for the creation of high-quality Vietnamese commercial products.
Thanks to the cooperation of the Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI Association), many potential partners came to the event for future human resources training collaborations, technology transfer, research & development or manufacturing projects, MEMS product commercialization in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC).
MEMS technology has greatly contributed to the manufacturing of sensors, which are the foundation of various kinds of smart merchandise possessing the benefits of small size, energy saving, high durability, and ability for mass production.
MEMS technology and Internet of Things ((IoT) also help to tackle specific problems in building smart cities for further developments of HCMC.
