Vietnam wins bronze medal at WorldSkills Competition 2017

Nguyen Ba Phuoc of the Vietnamese team won a bronze medal at the 44th WorldSkills Competition 2017 in IT Software Solutions for Business.

Additionally, Nguyen Van Tuan, one of the five members of the national team, also received the certificate of excellence. He was the contestant who scored the highest number of points at the competition.
The 44th WorldSkills Competition was held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, AbuDhabi, United Arab Emirates from October 8 to 20. The event attracted 1,259 candidates from 68 countries and territories worldwide, competing in 51 occupations.
The WorldSkills Competition is, held every two years and is the biggest vocational education and skills excellence event in the world.
