The Silicon Saigon Park JSC officialy started construction the Saigon Silicon City Center project locating at Saigon Hi-Tech Park (SHTP), this morning.
Poliburo Member, The Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Dinh La Thang attended the event.
Deputy Chairman of HCMC People's Committee Le Thanh Liem stressed the project plays important role in developing science technology in the city and attracting overseas.
This will be the study & development center of the Saigon Silicon City built at area of 11,368 s.q meters with total investment capital of VND 480billion.
It is designed in accordance with the model of intelligent urban.
Through this center, the city expects to attract Vietnamese enterprises in the United States to invest in the city, contributing developing high tech in Vietnam
The Saigon Silicon City started construction from November 10, 2015, covering an area of 52 ha with total investment capital of VND 858 billion. It has set target to lure around VND 32,250billion
in investment as the project fully occupied.
