A memorandum on developing Information Technology and Telecommunication (IT&T) between the Ministry of Finance and Microsoft has just been signed.
Accordingly, both sides will start a long-term cooperation in applying IT&T in Viet Namese Ministry of Finance. Microsoft will offer their advice in E-Goverment construction for the Ministry via technology transfer seminars.
Microsoft will also apply the Microsoft IT Academy program to the IT&T faculty of the Financial Institute.
In addition, Microsoft will cooperate with the Ministry of Finance in standardizing their software copyrights, including the Microsoft Office, with a special discount price through their distributors.
