The minister of Industry has issued a circular providing guideline on labeling energy saving products.
Accordingly, there are 2 categories of labels, one to certify the power-saving products and the other to compare poer-saving products.
The first label certifies items traded on the local market as meeting standard of energy usage regulated by the Ministry of Industry.
The other label is printed with information about energy consumption of the product to help consumers compare with other items of their kind.
