Tropical storm to bring rain nationwide

The National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center has just announced a tropical low-pressure system in the East Sea in the next 24 hours.

Early this morning, a tropical low-pressure system centered at 18.3-degree north latitude; 116.3-degree east longitude and 470 km far away from the Hoang Sa (Spratly) Islands in the eastern- east north. The strongest wind near the center gusted at level 7.

It is forecast in the next 24 hours, a tropical low-pressure will move east north with its speed at 15km per hour and be able to develop into the tropical storm.

Tomorrow, a tropical storm will be formed at 21.0-degree north latitude, 119.0 degree east longitude; 230 km from Taiwan (China) in the southern west. The strongest wind in near center will be level 8.

In the next 24 to 48 hours, the typhoon will move in north with its speed of 15-20 km per hour.

Due to the tropical storm, the territorial waters from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau provinces and Ca Mau to Kien Giang provinces and the Gulf of Thailand will experience heavy rain and thunderstorm.

In the central highlands region and the southern region will also have rain at night and thunderstorm, cyclone, powerful wind.
