Tropical low depression to appear in south part of East Sea

According to the National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center, a low- pressure zone is predicted to develop into a new tropical low depression in the Spratly Islands from November 16- 17.

A low- pressure trough will appear in the southern part of the East Sea by 2:30 pm Thursday  before it moves the westwards and directly affects to the south- central and southern regions. 

Because of its influence, the territorial waters from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau and the south of East Sea including the Spratly Islands will get caught in rain spell, thunderstorm and blustery of level 6-7.
