Super storm “Noul” moves northeastward and Pacific Ocean, reported the National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center.
In the evening yesterday, the storm was located at 17, 9 degrees north longitude and 122, 5 degrees east latitude in the northeastern coast of Philippines’s Luzon Island. The strongest wind speed sustained at level 16- 17.
In past 24 hours, the storm moved the north - northwestwards. It after that moved the north northeastward and became weaker at 10- 15 kilometers per hour. However, because of the influence of the typhoon’s circulation, the northeastern territorial water of East Sea saw the strong wind at level 6- 10, sea rough.
Meanwhile, 36 degree Celsius hot weather will shoulder over Ho Chi Minh City and the south east province in the upcoming days.
