Super storm appears near East Sea

A super typhoon was centered at 20, 2 degrees north latitude and 124, 0 degrees east longitude at 300 kilometers of the northeastward of Luzon Island of the Philippines with its wind force level near center of 17 at 1pm on Wednesday, reported the National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center.

Within next 24 hours, it will move the West northwestward at a speed of 20 kilometers per hour. By 1pm today, the typhoon will be positioned at 21, 5 degrees north latitude and 119, 5 degrees east longitude of the northeastward of the East Sea. The maximum wind near the center gusts level 17.

The super storm is forecast to move northwestward at 15- 20 kilometers per hour in next 24- 48 hours. By 1pm tomorrow, 23, 8 degrees north latitude and 116,0 degrees east longitude is defined as its next position in the mainland of Guangdong province (China) with the strongest wind of level 13- 16.

Because of the storm influence, the wind force level is grade 10- 17 in the northeastern territorial water of East Sea. In next 48- 72 hours, it is forecast to continue moving the northwestward at a speed of 10 kilometers an hour.
