Rainy weather hit central region on large scale

According to the National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center, small rainfall appeared in the Northern provinces in the early morning of February 23.

The lowest temperature in the area was measured at 18- 24 degrees Celsius. 
Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon brought rainy and thunderstorm in the central region.

The west- northern region is warned to see showery weather, deep cloud, slight wind, thunderstorm, humidity of 65- 93 percent, the minimum temperature of 15- 18 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature of 16- 19 degrees Celsius. 

The east- northern region experiences deep cloud, small rainfall, the northeast wind of level 2-3, humidity of 68- 96 percent, the lowest temperature of 11- 16 degrees Celsius and the highest temperature of 15- 18d degrees Celsius. 

The capital of Hanoi suffers deep cloud, small rain, powerful wind of level 2-3, humidity of 68- 95 percent, the lowest temperature of 14- 26 degrees Celsius and the highest temperature of 16- 18 degrees Celsius. 

The provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien- Hue also experience deep cloud, showery weather, thunderstorm, humidity of 68- 98 percent and strong wind of level 2-3.
The maximum and minimum temperature in the area is measured at 14- 21 degrees Celsius and at 17- 25 degrees Celsius respectively. 

The south- central provinces from Da Nang to Binh Thuan and the Central Highlands region enjoy cirrus cloud without rain and humidity of 53- 96 percent while the weather condition in the southern provinces is cirrus cloud, small rainfall and thunderstorm in the evening, humidity of 50- 92 percent, the lowest temperature of 22- 25 degrees Celsius and the highest temperature of 31- 34 degrees Celsius. 

Small –medium rain, powerful wind of level 5-8 and sea rough hit the Gulf of Tonkin.
