The daily temperature in Ho Chi Minh City reached at 32- 33 degrees Celsius; meanwhile, the highest temperature at night dropped at 23 degrees Celsius.

Because of the effect of the low pressure trough, 5- 8 level strong wind, cyclone, thunderstorm, heavy rains, 2- 3 meters big waves and sea rough are predicted to sweep through the southern territorial water from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau provinces and Spratly Islands.

The low pressure trough has just appeared in the northern mountain and midland provinces, which caused heavy rain on the large scale on September 7- 8.

Rainfall in the Northern provinces of Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen, Yen Bai, Ha Giang, Bac Giang and Lai Chau reached at 101- 124 mm.

2- 3 meters flood water is rising rapidly on upstream rivers in the northern region.
