The Vietnam Railways Corporation said that the North–South railway route at the intersection from Thanh Hoa to Ha Tinh provinces experienced landslides causing interrupted traffic for its carriages.

Accordingly, its reason was due to an impact of the tropical-low depression. 

After several hours of repairing, trains could smoothly travel.

Vietnam Railways also said that SE35 / SE36 carriages on the Hanoi - Vinh route and vice versa were temporarily stopped for the operation while trains departing from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City are still operating.
