New low pressure zone appears in East Sea

The National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center reported that a new low pressure zone has operated in the East Sea.

Because of an influence of tropical convergence zone, the eastern territorial water of the mid – East Sea including the Spratly Islands is warned to expect heavy rainfalls, thunderstorm, cyclone and powerful wind of level 7- 8.

 

Meanwhile, Ho Chi Minh City, the southeastern and the west- southern region are predicted to have small- medium rains and thunderstorm in the evening.

 

The highest daytime temperature in the areas can keep at 32- 34 degrees Celsius.
