Low pressure zone operates in East Sea

According to the National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center, a low pressure zone appeared in the the Paracel Islands yesterday evening.

Within next 24 hours, the low pressure zone will move slowly and possibly trigger rainy spell and thunderstorm in East Sea's northern territorial waters and Paracel Islands before it will develop into a tropical depression.
By 1pm tomorrow, the tropical depression is expected to locate in the eastern territorial water of the Hainan island province (China) with the violent wind of level 6-7.

Because of the strong operation of the southwest monsoon, the southern territorial waters from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, from Ca Mau to Kien Giang, the Gulf of Thailand, the Spratly and Paracel Islands are warned shower, cyclone and thunderstorm.
