Because of an influence of tropical convergence and low depression zone, the mid and south- East Sea including the Spratly Island, the southern territorial waters from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, from Ca Mau to Kien Giang and the Gulf of Thailand have experienced showery weather, thunderstorm, cyclone and strong wind of level 7-8.
