A cyclone blew up 54 house roofs and destroyed completely hectares of vegetable crops in Quang Binh province at 5am today.
In Viet Trung town, Bo Trach district, there were around 32 house roofs damaged completely. At that time, the cyclone also swept through Tan Ninh commune in Quang Ninh district, and blew up 22 roof’s houses.
Moreover, strong wind and heavy rains also damaged hectares of vegetable and rubber cultivation.
At present, authorities and functional forces have helped local people repair their houses to stabilize quickly their lives and production.
Secretary of Bo Trach district Phan Van Gon instructed locals to strengthen house roofs for people to avoid on going heavy rains.
