A cold wave is hitting the north Vietnam and this morning, the temperature reduced as low as 15 degrees Celsius in the provinces of Quang Ha (Quang Ninh province) below 15.9 degrees; Son Dong (Bac Giang Province) at 15.6 degrees; Uong Bi (Quang Ninh Province) at 17.5 degrees and Ba Vi (Ha Noi capital) at 15.4 degrees Celsius.
