Cold air to cause frost appearance in mountainous areas

According to the National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast center, a cold front is expected to impact to the northern mountainous region in the early morning of January 26, and then it will spread out the east- northern, west- northern and north- central provinces.

Because of its influence, small rainfall and powerful wind of level 2-3 are warned to shoulder over the localities. 

The lowest temperature could reach at 16- 19 degrees Celsius, even drop down below 15 degrees Celsius in the mountainous areas.

Capital of Hanoi will see small rain and the lowest temperature of 17- 19 degrees Celsius while 

both the Gulf of Tonkin and the northern territorial water of the East Sea including the Paracel Islands will experience strong wind of level 5-8 and sea rough. 

From January 28-29, the cold air mass is predicted to powerfully operate and cause frost appearance in the mountainous areas.
