Capital city of Hanoi is forecast to experience deep cloud, showers, gusty wind of level 2-3, air humidity of 65-96 percent and the lowest temperature of 21- 24 degrees Celsius from the midnight of January 31.
The same weather warning is going to hit the North- Central to South- Central provinces and cities from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien- Hue and from Da Nang to Binh Thuan.
The northern part of the East Sea is threatened by rainy weather, powerful wind of level 5-7 and rough sea because of strong operation of continental high pressure system.
Both the Gulf of Tonkin and the coastal areas from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai, from Binh Dinh to Ninh Thuan are impacted by medium- heavy rains and strong wind of level 4-5.
