The Gulf of Tonkin has suffered sea rough and strong wind of level 5- 7 from the south and southeast, reported the National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center.

Therefore, the southern territorial water of East Sea from Binh Dinh- Ca Mau and Ca Mau- Kien Giang, Gulf of Thailand, and Spratly Islands are influenced by bad weather condition of rains, thunderstorms, cyclones and strong winds.
