According to Vietnam Aviation Department, 13 flights yesterday could not land in the area of Tan Son Nhat Airport because of the influence of one hour- heavy rain, strong winds and thunderstorm.
With the bad weather, the flights had to land at replacement airport in Cam Ranh, Can Tho and Danang.
Especially, flights from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City must land at Phnom Penh Airport. And then, the plane arrived safely in Tan Son Nhat Airport by 4: 56 pm same day.
