The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee and the National Traffic Safety Committee launched yesterday a writing contest titled "Youth with traffic culture 2016".
The contest aims to introduce the role of union organizations in popularization about traffic safety; propose improvement and effective sollution in traffic safety contributing reducing the number of traffic accidents acorss over the country.
The organization board said the contest will include one first prize worth VND 20million (motorbike); 2 second prize worth VND 3million each and 3 third prize of VND 2million each.
The award ceremony is expected to take place in October 2016.
