The contractor will build seven bid packages worth VND1,946 billion (US$86 million) of the expressway. Construction is expected to complete within 28 months, in November 2019.
The BOT project has the total investment capital of VND12,188 billion ($536 million), previously beginning construction in October, 2015.
At the end of May, VietinBank signed a credit contract worth VND10 trillion ($440 million) to finance the project.
