Work permit waiting time will be shortened to three days from 10 days as present for oversea Vietnamese and foreigners working in science and technology field in Vietnam from October 1 this year.
That is the content of a recently issued circular to detail Decree 87 on human resource attraction in the science and technology field.
The regulation does not apply to Vietnamese who work abroad and use Vietnamese passport to enter the country.
