Vnese leaders offer incenses to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh

Marking the 72th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day,  the late President Ho Chi Minh’s 48th death commemorative anniversary, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and deputies visited the Da Chong (K9) historical relic site.

On the occasion, the leaders offered incenses to commemorate the late president at the Da Chong (K9) historical relic site in Ha Noi's Ba Vi district. 
PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc expressed his sincere gratitude to the late president's great contributions for the revolutionary career of nation, struggle for peace, prosperity and happiness of Vietnamese and international people. 

The Da Chong (K9) historical relic site is well-known as a historical and cultural place where President Ho Chi Minh chose to work with Politburo members during the wartime.

After the president had passed away, Political Bureau and the Central Military Commission decided to choose the place to preserve the body of the late President Ho Chi Minh in the period of 1969-1975.

Since the National Reunification Day on April 30, 1975, the Da Chong (K9) historical relic site has become historic relic site to receive domestic and foreign visitors. 

At the working session, the President Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum Management Board suggested the People’s Committee of Hanoi capital to quickly implement site clearance for expanding the area of President Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum. 

PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc honored achievements as well as efforts of the Ministry of Defense, the President Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum Management Board and the People’s Committee of Hanoi capital in implementing policies of the Secretariat of the CPV Central Committee and Vietnamese Prime Minister on building and receiving visitors to the historical site. 

The PM also suggested the People’s Committee of Hanoi to continue taking interest, collaborating in solving petitions of the President Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum Management Board to upgrade traffic infrastructure, ensure public order, protect forest and preserve the K9 historical relic site.

On the occasion, PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc attended in the planting ceremony and visited constructions and memorial houses inside the historical relic site.
