The Vietnamese leader appreciated exchange and cooperation achievements between the two nations in previous time.
The President said that in the context of the current global and regional situations, the two parties and countries need to strengthen exchanges, learning experiences each other, promote sustainable and effective cooperation in multifaceted fields, adequately deal with outstanding and substantive issues between the two countries on the basis of complying with the common awareness between senior leaders of the two parties and countries, the international law in order to bring practical benefits to the two countries’ people and contribute to peacekeeping, cooperation development of the region and the world.
