Vietnam wins first prize at 10th ASEAN Skills Competition

Vietnam excellently won the first prize at the 10th ASEAN Skills Competition with the achievement of 15 gold, six silver and six bronze medals, announced by the organizers  on October 28.

Vietnam excellently won the first prize at the 10th ASEAN Skills Competition with the achievement of 15 gold, six silver and six bronze medals, announced by the organizers  on October 28.

The second winner went to Indonesia with nine gold, three silver and nine bronze medals. And Malaysia ranked the third position with eight gold, five silver and four bronze medals.

According to General Department of Vocational Training director Duong Duc Lan, Vietnam hosted successfully the 10th ASEAN Skills Competition. This year’s competition attracted the participation of nearly 300 contestants from ten member countries of ASEAN.

The annual ASEAN Skills Competition is considered a useful background, proving the talents and professional skills of Vietnamese contestants to other countries in the region.
